Booked and assigned myself seat 45H way before 3/3. Even after 3/3, appeared that my seat was still 45H. Suddenly today I checked and not only am I out of 45H, I am assigned to a non-E+ window seat instead of my declared preference of aisle (37A). Now I can’t change that seat. I’ve tried to change it myself to 33C and it will not stick even though it appears to save. I go back and it returns me back to 37A. I call the Premier Line and they are not able to help at all as all they see is the seatmap completely blacked out even though the booked number is far short of capacity. WHAT IS GOING ON!? Not only did I get dropped out of my seat, I’m assigned to a seat I don’t want, and can’t make changes out of it. THESE ARE NOT CHANGES I WILL LIKE.

Please make note of this: given the integration hiccups and now this, I had previously requested a status match to 2 of your competitors. IF this situation on flight 839 on 3/10 is not resolved in a positive manner, I will be moving forward with an airline switch. Note that this year I will be flying quite a bit more than 2011, and 2011 was far more than any other year before that (new job which requires lots of travel).

The End Is Finally Here

The End Is Finally Here:
I’ve already begun building a spaceship to get people out of here. China has five-year plans. We have 100 days every four. So all I’m thinking about now is how we get the most out of the first 100 days of 2013 — our next quadrennial chance to make serious policy (barring a crisis that forces our hand).”

"The [Hornets] were recently bought by the NBA, which prompted Jackson to say: “Not happy about..."

“
The [Hornets] were recently bought by the NBA, which prompted Jackson to say: “Not happy about that.”
